“I can’t think of a better place or a better cause for the ALON family of distributors and retailers to be supporting with this first community car give away,’” said Kyle McKeen, president and CEO of Alon Brands.
“The Clean 13 ‘Cars-4-Cause’ program was designed to recognize and give back to community champions like Abilene’s Alliance for Women & Children, who go the extra mile to help those in need,” said McKeen.
Led by Executive Director Toni Brown, the Alliance for Women and Children provides programs that empower local women and children through after school programs, teen mentorship and women’s health initiatives. The organization serves 19 counties in Central and West Texas, encompassing more than 20,000 square miles.
The Alliance received the first of four cars that will be donated to community organizations on behalf of ALON and its distributors this year.
Making a Difference in our community, thank you ALON and Alliance for Women and Children!
