The ninth annual Buffalo Gap Wine & Food Summit was held on the grounds of Perini Ranch April 19th -21st. This year was a salute to Spain. Guests of the Saturday night “Tapas Crawl” of the Buffalo Gap Wine & Food Summit crawled from chef to chef in true Spanish fashion tasting small plates with perfectly paired wines. This event, held under the live oak trees on the Perini Ranch grounds, gave the guests a chance to dance to the Abilene band Freeride, be entertained by an authentic Spanish flamenco troup and visit with top winemakers from Texas, California & Spain.
