Abilene Sculpts Itself Into ‘Model Arts Community’

It’s turning into a banner year for public outdoor sculpture in Abilene. The city added its newest Storybook Sculpture Project piece in June - “Winnie” the bear in the Adamson-Spalding Storybook Garden.
