The Abilene Philharmonic is excited to welcome you to our annual Holiday Home Tour featuring five unique homes in the Saddlecreek neighborhood. Each home has been beautifully decorated, indoors and out, for the holidays. We hope that you enjoy your tour, whether you are strolling through the homes in person or strolling through the pages of Abilene Scene. A special thank you to each of our home owners for opening up their beautiful homes, each gilded in holiday splendor. All proceeds from the tour benefit the Abilene Philharmonic Orchestra.
This year, the Abilene Philharmonic is also featuring our first cookbook, Notable, comprised of special holiday memories and recipes from the Abilene Philharmonic and the Abilene Philharmonic Guild. Notable will make a beautiful holiday gift for family and friends.
Thank you for your support our wonderful orchestra, the Abilene Philharmonic!
Happy Holidays,
Dana Endsley & Roberta Kalafut
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, especially at five beautiful homes nestled in the Saddle Lake neighborhood. Candice and Forrest McCray, Dina and Nic Patel, Joy and Steve Ellinger, Mark Maberry, and Ash and Archana Patel have all graciously opened their home to the Abilene Philharmonic’s Holiday Home Tour. Brimming with fabulous holiday decorations from room to room, these families are giving Abilene Scene a peak into each of their Christmas wonderlands.
Each home, which was either built or remodeled to suit its current owners, reflects its owner’s style and personality–from very traditional to ultra-modern, to blended cultures and a gentleman’s domain. Christmas trees, glittering ornaments, twinkling lights and an abundance of evergreen bring these five homes together – all ready to celebrate the season.
