There’s a chill in the air and whether or not you like it Christmas decorations are about to start popping up around town.  Here are a few of our favorite local events.

Suez Shrine Circus: America’s Original three-ring circus!

 Nov. 6, 5-8

Junior League of Abilene’s 35th annual Christmas Carousel at the Abilene Civic Center. A weekend filled with shopping and entertainment for adults and children. Click here to purchase tickets to the various events.

 

Nov. 13, 7:30 p.m.
Nov. 14, 2 & 7:30 p.m.
The Paramount Film Series presents “How to Marry a Millionaire” starring Marliyn Monroe, Betty Grable and Lauren Bacall in this technicolor comedy about three women who set out to find eligible millionaires to marry, but instead find true love. 1953, color, 95 minutes, Not Rated. The smash-hit musical “Mamma Mia!” is the ultimate feel-good show that has audiences coming back again and again. The tale of love, friendship and laughter combines ABBA’s greatest hits, including “Dancing Queen,” “S.O.S.,” “Super Trouper,” “Take A Chance on Me” and “The Winner Takes It All.” Abilene Civic Center.
